What you'll do

• Water flowers and shrubs
• rake leaves and grass trimmings from paths and sidewalks
• maintain groundskeeping equipment
• inspect property and improvements and report deficiencies
• communicate with employees, residents, applicants, and vendors
• pick up litter and trash and clean dumpster areas
• remove graffiti
• replace burned-out bulbs
• follow safety rules
• assist with other assigned duties.
