What you'll do

• Lead projects from turnover through closeout
• manage buyout and project financial performance
• review contracts and approve purchase orders, change orders, vendor selections, and subcontractor invoices
• oversee billings and closeout documentation
• develop quality-control plans and conduct field audits
• enforce safety standards
• coordinate project teams, resources, and schedules
• mentor project managers and assistant project managers
• maintain client relationships
• identify and address project risks
• ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and company procedures.
