What you'll do

• Complete company-generated in-home appointments and set appointments with self-generated leads.
• Guide customers through the ADU sales process, assess needs and project feasibility, work with vetted lenders, prepare customized quotes, address objections, close sales, and build a pipeline through social media, home shows, Realtors, industry professionals, and other lead channels.
• Serve the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast territory and occasionally travel to Casselberry offices.
