Assistant Learning Center Manager

The Assistant Learning Center Manager role is onsite in Redwood City, CA. Pay is $25 per hour. The position supports the Redwood City Think Zone learning center, which provides personalized math education for K–8 students. The role contributes to center operations and student and family experience while developing leadership and operations skills. Working with the Learning Center Manager, it helps coordinate classes and tutors, support families, and contribute to community engagement and center growth.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day learning center operations
• coordinate class schedules, tutors, students, and activities
• maintain an organized and welcoming environment
• support administrative tasks and resolve day-to-day issues
• build relationships with students and parents
• support trial classes, enrollment, and ongoing classes
• gather parent feedback
• assist with tutor onboarding and coordination
• support local events, outreach, and marketing
• help build community relationships and improve enrollment, retention, and center experience.
