What you'll do

• Manage and grow individual giving, focusing on mid-level donors and recurring supporters
• develop donor retention and engagement strategies
• create segmented outreach plans
• lead donor stewardship and acknowledgment processes
• coordinate donor communications and experiences
• identify and cultivate potential major-gift donors
• conduct donor research
• support prospect tracking and briefing materials
• maintain donor records and portfolios in Salesforce
• analyze giving trends and campaign performance
• assist with fundraising reporting and revenue forecasting
• collaborate on campaigns, events and donor engagement.
