What you'll do

• Manage all phases of multiple audit or review engagements
• maintain client contact and understand client operations and control systems
• inform engagement directors or partners of developments and recommend solutions
• apply technical and firm standards
• schedule engagements
• understand the firm’s audit approach
• create and track budgets and explain overruns
• anticipate engagement issues
• review financial statements and client deliverables
• direct, train, supervise, and review staff
• participate in performance evaluations and counseling
• contribute to business development.

Why this role
