What you'll do

• Lead and supervise QC operations
• monitor workloads and balance resources
• track and report QC metrics
• set daily/weekly priorities
• establish expectations for QC personnel
• lead continuous improvement of qualification programs
• ensure consistency of inspection methods
• communicate results to production/engineering
• maintain QMS
• lead audits.
