Design Team Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop designers
• set performance expectations
• hold monthly one-on-ones and team meetings
• deliver training on product knowledge, sales, clienteling, and design services
• monitor sales and reporting
• support lead follow-up and project close
• manage team schedules and time-off requests
• oversee the Design Studio
• assist with escalated customer concerns
• maintain vendor relationships and custom-order processes
• collaborate with visual merchandising, buying, and marketing.
