What you'll do

• Review investor information and documentation for completeness and accuracy
• evaluate trust, entity, and other complex documents
• verify investor qualifications and supporting documentation
• maintain compliance records, tracking logs, and audit-ready files
• coordinate with internal teams
• escalate unusual documentation matters
• and provide occasional front desk and administrative support.
