What you'll do

• Support transportation service providers in meeting KPIs and help resolve performance issues
• lead provider-related projects and use escalation processes to support accountability
• conduct and document monthly and quarterly provider performance evaluations
• report non-conformances
• define escalation processes and countermeasures for recurring issues
• use escalation paths to secure action and accountability
• recommend operational efficiency improvements
• collaborate with providers and affected process partners
• maintain process standardization across shifts
• establish individual provider performance targets and document quarterly reviews.
