Guest Service Associate

The associate helps guests navigate their visit by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with tickets and other guest-facing needs. The role supports a smooth, welcoming experience through communication, exhibit assistance, and operational tasks when needed.

What you'll do

• Meet and greet guests
• answer inquiries and assist customers
• handle box office ticket collection when necessary
• assist the retail area with merchandise when needed
• help prepare virtual reality experiences
• assist with load-in and load-out, inventory audits, and indoor or outdoor parking-related tasks
• communicate with managers, customers, and peers.
