The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in Lexington, KY, with pay of $14–$16 per hour. Right at Home Lexington provides home care to seniors and adults with disabilities in the community. The role supports clients’ daily living and quality of life through personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, dementia care, and companionship.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with transfers and activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and shaving
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals and snacks
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• provide medication reminders, prescribed range-of-motion exercises, dementia care, and companionship.
