What you'll do

• Dismantle pallets using small and large equipment
• partner with another dismantler to operate production equipment
• inspect equipment and adjust settings
• evaluate pallet components for usability against company standards
• stack and store reusable components and dispose of unusable pieces
• meet daily production requirements
• maintain a clean workspace
• escalate technical or process issues
• and assist with other assigned duties.
