What you'll do

• Serve as a primary HR contact
• advise on policies and employee relations
• support project mobilization, staffing changes, and contract transitions
• assist with employee relations reviews
• coach managers on performance and disciplinary matters
• coordinate recruiting and onboarding
• administer performance, compensation, promotion, and workforce planning processes
• support benefits and leave inquiries
• maintain HR records and reports
• assist with contractor compliance, audits, engagement, and organizational initiatives
• manage HR and recruiting team members.
