By triaging issues, coordinating data connections, and improving documentation and support processes, the role helps maintain reliable platform operations and a better user experience.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 triage and Tier 2 troubleshooting for Palantir Foundry workflows, platform functionality, user issues, and incidents
• support data pipelines, models, and operational datasets
• troubleshoot REST API connectivity and data integration
• coordinate with data source owners, requestors, engineers, data scientists, analysts, and platform administrators
• document procedures and recurring issues
• support usability and operational improvements
• manage user accounts and access
• assist with data connection approvals and prioritization
• and support restoration of degraded connections. Occasional travel is estimated at less than 5% per year.
