What you'll do

• Assist with daily direction and coordination of warehouse employees
• assign and prioritize work
• answer employee questions and help resolve issues
• support onboarding and training
• provide performance and operational feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor
• pick, pack, receive, stock, organize, and ship merchandise
• monitor workflow and identify delays
• coordinate incoming shipments and inventory movement
• assist with cycle counts and discrepancy investigations
• maintain safe, organized work areas
• collaborate with other departments
• support order fulfillment issues and special projects
• reinforce safety procedures and process improvements.
