What you'll do

• Evolve the PMO operating model, governance, decision frameworks, and leadership practices
• lead portfolio strategy and capacity planning
• strengthen planning, execution, schedule and scope management, documentation, and customer communication
• use delivery metrics and operational insights to identify risks and improve performance
• introduce changes in practical stages and build adoption
• partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and other leaders
• coach and develop PMO leaders.
