This role exists to provide professional nursing care for residents under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. The LPN contributes to resident assessments, administers medications, and ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents while working as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary.
• Recognize problems, recommend solutions, and respond to emergent situations.
• Counsel residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans.
