What you'll do

• Own process optimization and biological troubleshooting across assigned customer sites and product lines
• ensure recommendations and reports meet company and regulatory standards
• conduct root-cause investigations
• initiate corrective actions and support Engineering Change Requests
• develop optimization plans and monitoring schedules
• coordinate with Engineering and Product Management
• contribute to training materials and technical documentation
• provide customer and stakeholder guidance
• document process activities
• mentor process technicians and apprentices
• coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales.
