Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Create or maintain SOPs, process maps, workflow documentation, help resources, and training programs
• contribute to project scoping and execution
• analyze operational trends and identify process improvements
• support supplier and internal selection, onboarding, and performance reviews
• define metrics and KPIs and maintain dashboards
• coordinate process improvements with partner teams
• support customer experience, service-level performance, escalations, and operational reviews.
