Production Lead, Second Shift

The Production Lead, Second Shift role is onsite in Marietta, GA. Compensation is $20.25–$24.20 per hour plus a $0.60 per hour shift differential. The Production Lead provides hands-on leadership and operational support to keep daily manufacturing activities safe, efficient, and aligned with production targets, quality standards, and company procedures. The role coordinates employees and resources, addresses production issues, and supports continuous improvement across the operation.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily production activities, assign tasks, coordinate resources, and support production schedules and targets
• coach and support employees
• monitor performance, downtime, equipment startups, and changeovers
• ensure compliance with safety procedures, GMPs, housekeeping, and food safety standards
• verify product quality, inspections, and documentation
• communicate production status and staffing or equipment concerns
• coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and management
• identify issues and support corrective actions and improvement initiatives.
