What you'll do

• Source on- and off-market manufactured housing community opportunities
• build financial models and analyze operating information
• evaluate infrastructure and market conditions
• prepare investment memoranda and recommendations
• negotiate transaction documents and structures
• lead due diligence and escrow
• coordinate with legal, lenders, and internal teams to close
• develop value-add plans
• manage post-closing transitions
• track the pipeline and provide weekly updates. Travel required: 40%.
