What you'll do

• Provide oversight of infection control and prevention program
• Review, update and direct the implementation of infection control & prevention policies and procedures
• Oversee the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, the Employee Health Program and Universal Influenza Program
• Serve as a member of the Quality Assessment & Assurance Committee
• Ensure compliance to new hire screening, documentation and immunization reporting
• Perform rounds to identify potential hazards
• Develop and deliver staff education programs
• Track, analyze and present surveillance trends
• Maintain records and reporting.
