What you'll do

• Perform general repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers
• respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support
• maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
• clean grounds and perform landscaping and snow removal
• ensure property safety and code compliance
• maintain tools and equipment
• prepare vacant units
• clean common areas
• order supplies
• perform seasonal pool maintenance and other operational tasks.

Why this role
