What you'll do

• Travel to customer facilities to diagnose and restore CNC laser machinery
• inspect, dismantle, rebuild, align, and tune systems
• provide phone support when appropriate
• explain findings to customers
• use schematics and diagrams for repairs
• submit service reports and expenses
• maintain tools, test equipment, and assigned vehicles.
