What you'll do

• Supervise children by sight and sound
• support developmentally appropriate care and learning
• observe, document, and reflect on children’s development
• communicate respectfully and confidentially with families and colleagues
• use classroom technology for communication and records
• maintain dependable attendance and flexibility to meet teacher-child ratio requirements
• maintain pediatric CPR and First Aid certifications.
