The HVACR Startup and Service Technician — Commercial Packaged Systems role is onsite in Toledo, OH, with travel as needed. Compensation is $35–$60 per hour. The technician supports commercial customers in keeping buildings comfortable, safe, and efficient. The role combines system commissioning and startup with diagnostics, repair, and optimization across commercial HVACR applications. Thorough documentation, customer communication, teamwork, and mentoring when needed help the service operation deliver reliable system performance.

What you'll do

• Commission and start up rooftop packaged units and water-source heat pumps
• troubleshoot, repair, and optimize commercial HVAC systems
• document work
• keep customers informed
• collaborate with teammates and mentor when needed. Requirements include 5+ years of commercial heating and air-conditioning field experience, EPA Universal certification, own hand tools, a clean driving record, and OSHA 10-hour certification. OSHA 30 and a Master HVAC-R credential are preferred or a plus, respectively. Travel as needed.
