What you'll do

• Track open service jobs and support project closure and billing verification, including labor hours, materials, and expenses
• create service cases, work orders, and job tasks in NetSuite
• track customer communications in the ERP system
• communicate daily status, trends, and issues to the Energy Aftermarket Manager and coordinators
• review open cases and participate in project closure
• source, track, receive, and organize parts and materials
• monitor the job schedule queue and verify cases are ready for work to proceed.
