What you'll do

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategy
• manage internship and early-career programs, recruiting events, and networking sessions
• respond to student inquiries
• maintain relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations
• partner with Human Resources on diversity and inclusion initiatives
• coordinate student visits
• track and report recruitment effectiveness
• assist with general recruitment coordination.
