What you'll do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and skin care
• keep the client’s living area orderly as appropriate
• plan and prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency requirements are met
• assist with ambulation, exercise, range of motion, and medication self-administration
• perform laundry as appropriate
• use equipment safely
• report client condition changes to the assigned nurse
• follow documentation and care procedures.
