What you'll do

• Manage daily workflow, schedules, and task assignments to support production, providing coverage as needed.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards through audits and documentation.
• Train, coach, and support employees on food safety, quality, and safety procedures.
• Use continuous-improvement tools, track and report performance metrics, conduct audits, promote safe work practices, assist with issue resolution, and provide backup coverage for QA Technician roles.
