What you'll do

• Monitor, train, and hold program staff accountable for daily responsibilities
• maintain staffing guideline compliance and adequate coverage across shifts, including timekeeping
• ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and licensing requirements
• participate in hiring and oversee disciplinary actions and terminations
• communicate and resolve client issues or crises
• monitor program metrics and control costs within budget.
