What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 support and follow SLAs and ITIL processes
• triage and resolve routine user issues or escalate them
• follow client and health department EHR workflows
• perform common first-call resolution tasks
• conduct pre- and post-go-live health checks
• monitor KPIs and system usage
• maintain readiness checklists, reports, knowledge transfer documents, and issue logs
• monitor patient accounting functions and operational indicators.
