What you'll do

• Install, plant, maintain, and fertilize gardens and grounds
• maintain fountains, fences, gates, retaining walls, outdoor lighting, and other design features
• weed, trim, prune, and water landscaped areas
• operate hand tools and power equipment
• remove debris
• prepare grounds for hurricane issues as necessary
• maintain equipment and fixtures
• check life-safety equipment, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and mechanical rooms
• report safety needs.
