The role helps commercial and industrial customers and utility clients identify, quantify, and deliver cost-effective energy-efficiency projects. Through audits, technical analysis, and utility-program support, the engineer contributes to customer outcomes and program energy-savings goals.

What you'll do

• Deliver customer service to commercial and industrial customers, utility clients, and program staff
• perform energy audits and retro-commissioning studies
• develop and maintain technical analyses and calculators
• provide technical and program feedback
• identify barriers and propose solutions
• support utility programs and energy-savings goals
• prepare reports and spreadsheets
• maintain client relationships
• solicit feedback and implement solutions.
