• Own the fabrication business plan and operational performance
• lead technology and process improvements
• oversee estimating, project management, and project engineering
• plan capacity, staffing, materials, drawings, and production across facilities
• lead shop production management
• develop customer relationships
• lead fabrication project, engineering, procurement, planning, and production teams.
