What you'll do

• Disassemble and clean equipment to regulatory standards using high-pressure water at 140–160°F and proper chemical applications
• maintain a safe and clean work environment
• learn and execute the eight sanitation steps
• inspect equipment after sanitation
• understand the corrective action process
• follow break and lunch requirements.
