• maintain monitoring documentation and review templates
• review each program annually and report findings
• support PATH data verification and internal controls
• identify root causes and corrective actions
• work with operational leaders on compliance plans
• maintain the SharePoint Compliance page
• support external monitoring
• develop and deliver compliance-focused training.
