Assistant Controller

What you'll do

• Manage corporate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger functions, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Oversee project accounting, including job cost accounting, WIP schedules, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Manage payroll administration, including certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance.
• Supervise accounting staff and provide performance feedback.
• Support internal and external audits and identify process improvements.
