What you'll do

• Service and maintain commercial Property and Casualty accounts
• assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and coverage updates
• communicate with clients, carriers, and underwriters
• assist with renewals and account reviews
• gather information and quote new commercial business
• prepare applications and proposals
• support sales through policy issuance
• maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service.
