Tutoring Center Manager

The Tutoring Center Manager role is in-person in Redwood City, CA. Compensation is $30 per hour plus enrollment commission. The manager leads Think Zone’s Redwood City Learning Center, part of a network supporting K–8 students’ math skills, confidence, and independent learning habits. The role exists to keep the center operating effectively while supporting students, families, and tutors. It contributes to student success and center growth through daily operations, family relationships, enrollment initiatives, and community outreach.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, classrooms, and learning resources
• onboard, schedule, and support tutors
• maintain an organized and welcoming center
• build relationships with students and parents
• help families understand learning progress
• coordinate with tutors and families to support student success
• introduce programs to prospective families and support trial classes
• contribute to enrollment, retention, referral, school, and community outreach initiatives.
