Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The role contributes to individualized support by following care and behavioral plans and documenting progress.

What you'll do

• Support daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and companionship
• encourage independence, social engagement, and community participation
• implement individualized care plans and Behavioral Support Plans
• support individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• accompany individuals to appointments and community activities
• provide transportation as needed
• document services, progress notes, and goals
• maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and agency policies.

Why this role
