What you'll do

• Set up and clean the bottling line
• perform cleaning and sterilization
• operate assigned equipment such as labelers, capsulers, case packers, carton sealers, palletizers, and forklifts
• assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• report operating issues
• support quality assurance
• complete winemaking work orders such as tank cleaning, filtration, and wine movements
• may assist in the cellar or vineyard as assigned.
