What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy
• support youth intake and psychosocial assessment
• develop treatment plans with patients, families, and treatment teams
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• assist with case management, referrals, discharge planning, and follow-up
• maintain complete patient documentation
• coordinate with social service agencies
• participate in treatment team meetings and training
• support licensing, Medicaid, and Joint Commission compliance
• cover weekends and evenings as needed.
