What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and bid documents
• estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, general conditions, and duration
• perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, scope reconciliation, bid leveling, and value engineering
• identify scope gaps and cost risks
• prepare bid invitations, scope sheets, and documentation
• maintain bid logs and CRM records
• support bid-day activities and proposals
• use and validate AI and estimating tools
• coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
