House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required This is an onsite position in Kountze, TX. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role is for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, guidance, and supervision for approximately 8-13 students in on-campus homes, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
