What you'll do

• Lead and manage the environmental due diligence group
• oversee Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, compliance audits, and environmental consulting for real estate transactions and redevelopment
• evaluate real estate, business transactions, and industrial operations
• identify environmental impacts, compliance issues, and legacy liabilities
• coordinate due diligence products for multi-site portfolios and mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions
• prepare technical and cost proposals
• develop client relationships and opportunities
• lead, mentor, and support project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget goals.
