The Fiberglass Repair Technician works onsite in Elkhart, IN, on first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The technician identifies surface defects, selects and performs repairs, and checks finished work before release. What you'll do

• Inspect fiberglass and gelcoat for defects
• prepare repair areas by grinding, sanding, cleaning, and masking
• mix and apply gelcoat, resin, catalyst, and other repair materials
• perform repairs with hand and pneumatic tools
• match and blend gelcoat colors
• sand, buff, and polish repaired areas
• inspect and correct visible defects
• maintain a clean and safe work area and report recurring quality or safety concerns.
