What you'll do

• Personally close preventative maintenance and service business while leading the sales team
• manage opportunities from lead response through signed agreement
• conduct facility walkthroughs and develop proposals with service operations and estimating
• maintain HubSpot pipeline and BuildOps information
• coach and recruit sellers
• build pricing, forecasting, reporting, and training processes
• coordinate complete handoffs to operations.
