What you'll do

• Represent public agencies, underwriters, lenders, borrowers, and other participants in municipal finance transactions
• assist with structuring, negotiation, and closing
• draft and review financing documents, resolutions, agreements, and disclosure materials
• conduct due diligence and transaction management
• research municipal finance, regulatory, and public law issues
• advise clients on financing structures, requirements, and risks
• collaborate with attorneys and clients on practical solutions
• manage multiple projects and deadlines.
